Shipping Policy

Every order ships from our shop at 64 Stewart Avenue in Roscoe, NY — right on the banks of the Beaverkill. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Rates

Standard — $8.00, 3–5 business days. Free on orders of $70 or more.
Express — $15.00, 1–2 business days.

Your available options and final cost are shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are counted from the day your order ships, not the day you place it, and don't include weekends or holidays.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 1–2 business days. The shop is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so orders placed on those days go out the next business day. During peak season or sales, processing may take an extra day — if anything will delay your order, we'll let you know.

Carriers & tracking

We ship via USPS and UPS. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Oversized items such as rod tubes may ship in a separate package and can arrive on a different day.

Shipping area

We ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We can't accept international orders through the website right now. Fishing somewhere further afield? Contact us at info@beaverkillangler.com and we'll see what we can do.

Local pickup

You're always welcome to pick up your order at the shop. Place your order online, then call (607) 498-5194 or email us and we'll have it ready and skip the shipping.

Lost or damaged packages

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can usually correct it if you catch us before the package goes out. If a package arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered and it isn't there, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll file the carrier claim and make it right.
