Our Waters

The scope of our guided fishing trips covers a lot of ground. On our closest waters, the Beaverkill and Willowemoc Rivers, we offer half and full day guided wade fishing — we don't float those rivers. Close by are the East, West & Mainstem of the Delaware River, where we offer half or full day wade trips and full day float trips, water permitting (half day float upon request).

We can also arrange a walk into the Neversink Gorge, a large swath of state-owned property with limited access. It's a very fun experience but requires a full day and a reasonable amount of walking. We have a few guides with the experience to do this and suggest making arrangements far in advance.

We also offer half and full day wade trips on the Esopus Creek, north of Roscoe. It's a smaller river, part freestone and part tailwater, with a very good fish-per-mile ratio — a fantastic wading river where we have a high success rate.

Meet the Guides

Dennis Cluck Jr

Dennis has been fishing the Catskills for over twenty years. Whether you want to fish the Beaverkill, Willowemoc, West Branch of the Delaware, or explore some of the smaller tributaries for native brook trout, Dennis' high school teaching and coaching background makes him an excellent guide for both experienced and beginning anglers. He is also qualified to teach Tenkara.

Landon Brasseur

Whether wading through the small creeks, floating the Delaware or sitting behind the vice, Landon always has fishing on the brain. There aren't many days he isn't on the water guiding or chasing trout, bass, carp or just about anything else you can throw a fly at. Landon has a background in graphic arts and photography so it's not unusual to get some photos of a day out with him. Landon floats and wades all of our rivers in the region.

Stefan Spoerri

Stefan's earliest memories are of fish and the waters they call home. That fascination eventually led him to fly fishing, and once he started he never looked back. Stefan has been guiding and running a drift boat on the Upper Delaware system for over twenty-five years. Stefan floats the East, West & Mainstem of the Delaware for both trout and bass.

Irwin Mallory

A third generation Catskill fly fisherman, Irwin has over forty years of experience in these famed waters. His trout stalking days began on the Batavia Kill and the Schoharie Creek in the Northern Catskills; the Esopus, Beaverkill, and Willowemoc are also an intricate part of his fishing resume. Sharing this knowledge with beginners and experts alike is a focused passion. He has run a marathon on all seven continents with his fly rod in tow.
