Fly Fishing 101 Class with Orvis: Spring/Summer 2021
We are planning the return of Orvis Fly Fishing 101 Classes.
This is a great introduction for people who want to get into the sport, or for those beginners who are just looking for a little more insight and instruction.
Orvis Fly Fishing 101 classes are typically last an hour to an hour and a half, and some of the topics we cover include:
- Entomology
- Fly Selection
- Basic Gear
- Basic Knots
- Casting
- Basic Fly Fishing Techniques
Classes will be held at dates TBD.
These classes are FREE to attend but size will be limited each day to maximize the experience for everybody participating, so be sure to call ahead to reserve your spot!
