The difference between Deer Body Hair and Deer Belly Hair?  Glad you asked.  Both are hollow hairs great for spinning, but definately have different applications.
Deer Body Hair is typically a darker and more natural color, with tips that appear different than the rest of the hair.  This makes it the hair of choice for collars on flies like Muddler Minnows and Divers.  Also a good choice for hoppers, or spinning natural hued bodies.
Deer Belly Hair tends to flare just a little more, and is typically found in brighter more uniform colors (think bass bug bodies).  They are both good choices for spinning or stacking depending on what effect you are going for.
