European Nymphing Class with Aaron Jasper
Last year's classes were so popular that we decided to do another one this summer!
Saturday, June 9th
Come learn about the techniques and flies that have made the Europeans so successful in recent international competitions, and see how you can apply them in the Catskills and on your home waters. This style of fishing is a great way to pull fish out of water that many people might pass by because more traditional methods simply aren't effective. Trout do the majority of their feeding below the surface of the water and this class will help teach you how to effectively fish for them.
Aaron Jasper has appeared regularly in Fly Tyer and American Angler magazines, and has recently released his second DVD: European Nymphing: A Strategic Approach
This is a great opportunity to benefit from his knowledge, and learn how to use the long rods that are rapidly gaining popularity across the country.
Class size is limited to only 6 people to maximize the experience. It will run from
9:00 am-5:00 pm on Saturday, June 9th. The $150.00 cost includes lunch.
Payment in full is required to secure your spot, refunds can only be given in store credit or applied toward a future Beaverkill Angler class or guide service.
